Purina Mills® Start & Grow® SunFresh® Recipe
Specially formulated for growing poultry, Purina Mills® Start & Grow® SunFresh® Recipe is made with the freshest sun-grown grains, plant proteins, vitamins and minerals to help birds look and act their very best.

Purina Mills® Start & Grow® SunFresh® Recipe is perfect for raising laying chicks from hatch to laying age (18-20 weeks). Made from natural plant-based ingredients, it contains 18% protein with high concentrations of important essential amino acids such as lysine and methionine. It is fortified with critical vitamins and minerals to support strong, healthy growth. Enhanced levels of Vitamin E promote a strong immune system to help ward off disease. The high level of xanthophyll, a natural coloring agent derived from marigolds, ensures bright shank and comb coloring to give you a beautiful flock. Nothing extra is needed except water, housing, and love. Purina Mills® Start & Grow® SunFresh® Recipe delivers a level of quality, security and reliability in a wholesome, natural feed you won’t find anywhere else.

Purina Mills® Layena® SunFresh® Recipe
Once your laying birds reach 18 weeks of age, they will need Purina Mills® Layena® SunFresh® Recipe to support egg laying. Natural and wholesome like the Start & Grow® products, Layena® contains high calcium levels to support strong eggshell formation while maintaining a healthy skeleton. In addition, Layena® is fortified with manganese to enhance shell quality. High levels of xanthophyll from marigolds result in rich, yellow yolks, while the enhanced concentration of vitamin E provides for more robust immune protection. Purina Mills® Layena® SunFresh® Recipe contains all the quality nutrients laying hens need to produce lots of strong-shelled, healthy, golden-yolked eggs.

Purina Mills® Flock Raiser® SunFresh® Recipe
Purina Mills® Flock Raiser® SunFresh® Recipe is specially formulated for raising a mixed flock of poultry until laying age (18-20 weeks). It is also designed to meet the more demanding needs of broiler or meat-type chicks, raising them successfully from hatch to either market or maturity. Purina Mills® Flock Raiser® is a 20% protein product made from the same high-quality ingredients as Start & Grow®. It is higher in energy to support the faster growth rate of meat-type birds. Well-supplemented with vitamins and minerals, this product also works very effectively for growing turkeys (eight weeks and older). It is fortified with high levels of niacin so that it can also be used for waterfowl. Purina Mills® Flock Raiser® SunFresh® Recipe provides an entire mixed flock of chickens, ducks, turkeys and geese with top nutrition, all in one bag.

Purina Mills® Scratch Grains SunFresh® Grains
Purina Mills® Scratch Grains SunFresh® Grains is a natural blend of high-quality natural grains designed to be fed free-choice to adult chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys to encourage the natural pecking and feeding instincts. Note that Scratch Grains is a grain supplement, not a complete feed. If too much is fed, it will dilute the feed intake of complete feeds such as Start & Grow®, Layena® and Flock Raiser®, reducing the bird’s nutritional intake and overall performance. Purina Mills® Scratch Grains SunFresh® Grains should not comprise more than 10% of the birds’ overall diet.
